The hotel offers 80 rooms ideal for the families, all double with sofa-bed for another 2 people, fully equipped, sunny and bright, the majority with terrace and all with views to Arinsal Valley, separate ensuite bathroom and WC, satellite TV, telephone and hairdryer. Facilities include 24 hour reception, Lobby Bar with chimney, buffet restaurant, fitness room, Turkish bath and sauna, children's play room, outdoor parking, garage (limited space) and ski locker.

Situated at 1,550m, skiing in Arinsal offers reliable snow coverage, and a range of slopes for less-experienced skiers and first-timers, served by a high-speed gondola. The Vallnord ski area, which offers 90km of terrain and 70 runs served by 43 lifts, incorporates both Arinsal and Pal as well as La Massana and Ordino-Arcalis, and whereas Arinsal is very much developed and commercial, the quiet village of Pal is charming and picturesque. Ideal for beginners, skiing in Arinsal offers a great area in front of the base lodge, perfect for learning, with the gondola then accessing some gentle easy trails. Intermediates on a skiing holiday in Arinsal can travel up to the peak at 2,500m, and enjoy some smooth runs down, as well as more challenging terrain over in Pal. Skiing in Arinsal generally offers long narrow trails, with those in Pal being shorter and more scenic, mainly above the treeline.

Known for its nightlife, the apres-ski in Arinsal is lively and action-packed. Numerous bars, clubs and discos offer a variety of different music and styles, with plenty of busy venues and a very wide range of restaurants offering skiers in Arinsal plenty of choice. Whilst skiing in Arinsal, other activities to try include snow-mobiling, ski-biking, ice-skating, hockey, swimming, and tennis. The main streets of Andorra la Vella are well-known for their duty-free offerings and lie just 7km away.
